In this section my photos of the monuments which are in the Chornobyl zone of alienation and in the Zone of obligatory resettlement (the Kiev and Zhitomir areas) are collected.
Kirov Street. Near a fire brigade. A monument to liquidators of failure on ChNPP. The monument is made by forces of firemen on own means.
Soviet Street. A monument to V.I.Lenin (Ulyanov) opposite to post office. Stadium - "technics of liquidators". The Central Park.
Monument to V.I.Lenin (Ulyanov) in territory of former ChREB (Chernobyl repair operational base of Dnieper flotillas). Now territory of "the Chernobyl Dense forest" (the organisation carrying out supervision of wood in an alienation zone).
Krasnoarmejskaya Street. A memorable sign on a place of a bookmark of Square of Memory. A monument to helicopter Mi-8 crew, perished during liquidation of failure on ChNPP, (Kirov street. Near former Chernobyl airdrome (now a helicopter platform of the Ministry of Emergency Measures))
